2005 Lexus ES 330SECTION Inspection Procedure
- INSPECT DLC3
- Turn the ignition switch ON.
- Measure voltage between terminals Tc and CG of DLC3.
OK: 10-14 V
NG: Go to step 3
OK: Go To Next Step.
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (DLC3 - SKID CONTROL ECU, DLC3 - BODY GROUND) (See ELECTRONIC CIRCUIT INSPECTION PROCEDURE
)
NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK: CHECK AND REPLACE BRAKE ACTUATOR ASSY
- CHECK ABS WARNING LIGHT
SST 09843-18040
- Using SST, connect the terminals Tc and CG of the DLC3.
- Check the ABS warning light.
OK: ABS warning light blinks
OK: END
NG: CHECK AND REPLACE BRAKE ACTUATOR ASSY
