CCV & Canister Inspection 1

2021 Kia Sedona EXSECTION CCV & Canister Inspection 1
  1. Disconnect the CCV from the CCV and the canister line.
  2. Clamp the nipple from which the CCV is removed with a suitable stopper.
  3. Check the vacuum leakage of the canister line by operating the vacuum pump.

    Good 

    • If the gauge's instructions are maintained for more than 1 minute, turn on CCV several times and repeat the test 3 ~ 4 times. If the gauge's instructions remain unchanged for more than one minute, perform go to "COMPONENT INSPECTION " procedure.

    No Good 

    • Carefully re-do this troubleshooting guide steps.
    • Repair as necessary and go to "VERIFICATION OF REPAIR " procedure.
