Repair Procedures: Replacement
2021 Kia Sedona EXSECTION Replacement
RES Monitor
- Check the cover and the screw on the bracket at the back of the monitor.
- Loosen the 2 screws and remove the rear cover.
- Loosen the 4 mounting screws.
- After removing the 4 screws, disconnect the cable connected to the monitor.
- Change the RSE monitor.
External DVD
- Check inside the Vehicle.
- Open the center console box cover.
- Please check inside the DVD console box.
- Remove the 4 DVD fixing screws.
- Remove the screw and cable, then lift up the DVD and remove it from the holder.
- Remove the 3 cables connected to the bottom of the fixed DVD.
- When the cable is disconnected, remove the DVD completely.
- Please confirm inside the DVD holder is completely removed.
AUX SW Box
- Remove the Gear lever head.
- Remove the Gear shift lever cover.
- Remove all connectors under the gear shift cover.
- Remove side molding to remove C/Pad side cover.
- Please pull it forward more.
- Remove the 3 screws.
- Remove the 1 screw.
- Pull out the Dash board cover.
- Remove the 1 screw below the handle.
- After remove the screw, Pull out lower Panel.
- Remove the 3 Connectors behind the lower Panel.
- Pull the lower Panel and Check the position of screw.
- Remove the 1 nut by using Ranch Tool. (10mm)
- Remove the nut with SW box. (10mm)
- Finish.
