    1. Plays saved media files in the device when external device (USB, AUX, iPod) is connected
    2. "External device has been connected" message appears only when external device is connected

    1. USB power issue due to use of external USB charger (Customer)
    2. USB recognition fail due to shape change (Damaged USB slot by customer)
    3. Non-standard USB use (No guide metal)
    4. Defective soundtrack in USB (Virus, etc.)
    5. No phone charging using Multi-terminal slots (Normal-For charging, use cigar jack)
    6. No smartphone music streaming using multi-terminal (only recognizes iPhone music)
    7. If iPod cable and Bluetooth is connected simultaneously, Bluetooth Audio feature will be limited (normal spec)
  2. USB issue_Not playing/Recognition fail
    Inspection Description
    (1) Duplicate issue
    1. Certain issues can be duplicated (If possible, use customer's USB for testing)
      1. Sound skip/cut/recognition fail/Skips to previous mode while playing, etc.
      2. USB spec (Shape, thickness): If USB has non-standard spec, standard USB spec use is recommended
      3. Duplicate frequency: all time/intermittent defect
    (2) Defect caused by Ext. parts
    • Customer USB defect
    • USB Cable defect
    • Multi-terminal defect
    1. Duplicate issue using test USB
      1. Standard USB: 32G Space or below/FAT32 format (NTFS, exFAT not supported)
      2. USB file standard: Refer to system features information
      3. USB file status: Virus check using PC
        • Recommend to use Standard USB and remove any files other than media source
    2. USB cable defect
      1. Wiring harness connecting H/U and multi-terminal (Audio spec: 16Pin, AVN/D Audio spec: 12Pin)
      2. USB cable connection status (4Pin: AVN/D Audio spec only)
      3. Replace test for cable defect (Test cable connection before replacing)
    3. Multi-terminal defect
      1. Check damaged socket on multi-terminal
      2. Check if rear side pin is bent
      3. Replace multi-terminal and re-test
