Repair Procedures: Installation

2017 Kia Rio EX, 4D HatchbackSECTION Installation
  1. Remove the ignition key from the vehicle.
  2. Disconnect the battery negative cable and wait for at least three minutes before beginning work.
  3. Install the SRSCM with the SRSCM mounting nuts (A).

    Tightening Torque 

    9.8 ~ 13.7 N.m (0.8 ~ 1.0 kgf.m, 7.2 ~ 10.1 lb-ft)
