Repair Procedures: Inspection

2017 Kia Rio EX, 4D HatchbackSECTION Inspection
  1. Turn ignition switch OFF and disconnect the negative (-) battery cable.
  2. Remove the crash pad lower panel.

    (Refer to "CRASH PAD ")

  3. Remove the crash pad side switch assembly (A).

  4. Check the continuity between the switch terminals as the ESC OFF switch is engaged.
