SYMPTOM

Vehicle towed in presenting a "no start/no crank" concern.

REPAIR

After checking all of the inputs needed to start the engine, check the starter solenoid snap-in connector for possible pin tension/damage concern. Check that the connector is firmly installed into the starter solenoid. This may correct the concern.
