Repair Procedures: Removal

2015 Kia K900 V6SECTION Removal

  1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  2. Remove the driver airbag module.

    (Proceed to Restraint - "DRIVER AIRBAG (DAB) MODULE AND CLOCK SPRING ")

  3. Remove the fixed bracket (A) after loosening the steering wheel remote control switch screws.

  4. Remove the left upper switch (A) after disconnecting the connector and loosening the mounting screws.

  5. Remove the fixed bracket (A) after loosening the steering wheel remote control switch screws.

  6. Remove the right upper switch (A) after disconnecting the connector and loosening the mounting screws.

  7. Disconnect the left/right lower steering remote control connectors (A).
