Component Inspection

- Check FRPS Performance
- IG KEY "OFF".
- Warm up the engine to normal operating temperature.
- Compare to "Current Data"
and Actual Data about fuel Rail Pressure Sensor with GDS.

- Engine Idle after Warm Up (Approx. 4000 kPa = Approx. 40bar)
- At Acceleration (Approx. 12124 kPa = Approx. 121bar)
- Confirm Part Inspection
- Does the FRPS operate properly? (Check variation)
YES
- Go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
NO
- Substitute with a known-good FRPS and check for proper operation. If the problem is corrected, replace FRPS and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
