Signal Circuit Inspection
2014 Kia Soul Base, Standard TransSECTION Signal Circuit Inspection
- Lift vehicle with suitable lift and refer to appropriate service information to remove wheel and wheel guard.
- Ignition "ON".
- Rotate the disc slowly by hand.
- Back probe and measure signal waveform between Pin No. 2 (Signal) terminal of Front LH wheel speed sensor and chassis ground with GDS.
Specification: High Approx. 1.74V/Low Approx. 0.82V
- Is the measured waveform within specifications?
YES
- Go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
NO
- Repair the circuit harness connector and then go to "COMPONENT INSPECTION " procedure.
