Check the power source for the ABS warning lamp

2014 Kia Soul Base, Standard TransSECTION Check the power source for the ABS warning lamp
  1. Disconnect the instrument cluster connector (M01) and turn the ignition switch ON.
  2. Measure the voltage between terminal (M01) 39 of the cluster harness side connector and body ground.

    Specification:Β  approximately B+

    Is voltage within specification?

    YESΒ 

    • Check the CAN circuit resistance for ABS warning lamp.

    NOΒ 

    • Check for blown fuse.
