DTC Description
The PCM compares the difference between MAPS output and calculated MAPS value while enable condition is met. If the actual MAP value or lower than calculated (threshold) value for 2 min failure during tip in-out driving, the PCM determines that a fault exists and a DTC is stored.
The MIL (Malfunction Indication Lamp) turns on when the malfunction lasts for 2 consecutive driving cycles.

When to See a Mechanic
Stop DIY work and contact a certified mechanic immediately if any of the following apply:

- • Brakes feel soft, pull hard to one side, or make grinding noises.
- • The engine overheats, stalls repeatedly, or misfires under load.
- • You are missing required tools, torque specs, or safe lifting equipment.
