Control Circuit Inspection

2010 Kia Rondo LX, 2.7 6SECTION Control Circuit Inspection
  1. Check for short to ground in harness
    1. IG "OFF" and disconnect OCV connector.
    2. IG "ON" & ENG "OFF".
    3. Measure resistance between terminal 1 of OCV harness connector and chassis ground.
      1. Specification: Infinite

    4. Is the measured resistance within specification?

      YES

      • Go to "Β 2 Check for open in harness" as follows

      NO

  2. Check for open in harness
    1. IG "OFF" and disconnect OCV and PCM connector.
    2. Measure resistance between terminal 1 of OCV harness connector and terminal 61 of PCM harness connector.
      1. Specification: Approx. below 1Ξ©

    3. Is the measured resistance within specification?

      YES

      NO
