DTC Description
The PCM monitors CAM phaser error while CMP signal is normally generating and vehicle engine is running at 2000 ~ 3000rpm.
If the CAM phaser does not move although PCM commands OCV duty cycle, the PCM determines that a fault exists and a DTC is stored.

When to See a Mechanic
Stop DIY work and contact a certified mechanic immediately if any of the following apply:

- • Brakes feel soft, pull hard to one side, or make grinding noises.
- • The engine overheats, stalls repeatedly, or misfires under load.
- • You are missing required tools, torque specs, or safe lifting equipment.
