Repair Procedures: Removal
- Disconnect the negative (-) cable from battery and wait for at least three minutes.
- Remove ignition key from the vehicle.
- Disconnect the DAB, PAB, SAB, CAB and BPT connectors.
- Remove the center console (Refer to CONSOLE ).
- Disconnect the SRSCM harness connector (A) from the SRSCM (B).
- Remove the SRSCM mounting bolts (A) from the SRSCM and pull out the SRSCM from the bracket.
Tightening Torque (SRSCM Mounting Bolt):
8-10 N.m (5.9-7.4 lb.ft)
