Cylinder head
Using 8mm and 10mm hexagon wrench, install and tighten the 10 cylinder head bolts and plate washers, in several passes, in the sequence shown.
Tightening torque :
M10 22.6 - 26.5 N-m (2.3 - 2.7 kg-m, 16.6 - 19.5 lb-ft)+60°~65° + 60°~65°
M12 27.5 - 31.4 N-m (2.8 - 3.2 kg-m, 20.3 - 23.1 lb-ft)+60°~65° + 60°~65°
Flatness of cylinder head gasket surface
Standard Less than 0.03 mm (0.0012 in)
Limit 0.05 mm (0.0020 in)
Flatness of manifold mating surface
Standard Less than 0.15 mm (0.0059 in)
Limit 0.30 mm (0.0118 in)
