(1) Insert feeler gauge of specified thickness between throttle lever and throttle stop screw.

Wide Open Throttle Approx. 3.65
(1) Also ensure voltage change is smooth between closed and open throttle.
(2) Measure voltage between TP Sensor terminal No. 3 and ground with ignition ON and TP Sensor connected.
