Global Telematics Box Module - TBM2: Microphones
| Refer to COMPONENT INDEX . |
Two stereo microphones are in the headliner just above the front passenger seating area. However, only the left microphone (1) is used in the TBM2 system. In markets that require the TBM2 system, the left microphone is connected directly to the TBM2, but in markets where it is optional equipment, the microphone is connected to the radio. When the left microphone is connected directly to the TBM2, the TBM2 also acts as a pass-through for the left microphone signal to the radio for use in the Uconnect® hands free system.
