Radio Programming
If the module is replaced with a new unit, connect the diagnostic scan tool and navigate to the ETM control unit in Miscellaneous Functions menu, then launch the Control unit replacement procedure and carefully follow the instructions displayed.
- Connect the diagnostic scan tool.
- Check vehicle for Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC) s.
- Clear all stored DTCs.
- Turn the ignition OFF, then ON and confirm DTCs are gone.
- Perform the Proxi alignment located in the Body Control Module (BCM). Navigate to BCM > Misc. Functions > Proxi Alignment. Select and run the routine.
