Power Inverter Module

2023 Jeep Gladiator Mojave, Part Time T/Case Control, Automatic TransSECTION Power Inverter Module

REMOVAL 

  1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable(s). Refer to BATTERY DISCONNECT, 3.0L and/or BATTERY DISCONNECT, 3.6L .
  2. Remove the steering column opening cover. Refer to COVER, STEERING COLUMN OPENING, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  3. Remove the Comfort Seat and Wheel Module (CSWM), if equipped. Refer to MODULE, COMFORT SEAT AND WHEEL (CSWM), REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

    4 - Power Inverter Module
  4. Remove the two upper power inverter module bracket to Instrument Panel (IP) support mounting bolts.
  5. Remove the two lower power inverter module bracket to IP support mounting bolts.
  6. Carefully remove the bracket with the power inverter module and disconnect the wire harness connector.

  7. Remove the three power inverter to bracket bolts and separate the power inverter module from the bracket.

INSTALLATION 

Follow the removal procedure in reverse for general reassembly of the components on the vehicle. The steps listed below are calling out specific procedures that should be followed during installation.
