The BCM:
- Performs gating for the CAN-C to the CAN-IHS bus data network.
- Receives and gates the status of the ACC ON/OFF.
- Receives and gates the turn signal activation status to the ACC module.
- Receives and gates the status of the brake switch/sensor.
- Receives and gates the battery temperature information.
- Receives and gates the status of all SWS inputs.
- Gates ACC modules audio warning requests and transmits them to the audio system controller.
