ANTILOCK BRAKE SYSTEM (ABS) MODULE

The ABS module:
- Transmits to the ACC module the vehicle speed signal.
- Transmits to the ACC module the compensated (offset from the raw value) longitudinal acceleration signal.
- Transmits to the ACC module the compensated (offset from the raw value) lateral signal.
- Transmits to the ACC module the YAW rate.
- Receives torque request signals from the ACC module.
- Checks the received torque request from the ACC module for plausibility.
- Transmits the torque request, if valid, to the PCM.
- Transmits the brake prefill status to the ACC module.
- Receives deceleration requests from the ACC module.
- Transmits the brake intervention type signal to the ACC module.
