Module, Radio Frequency (RF Hub): Installation
2023 Jeep Cherokee Altitude LUXSECTION Installation
- Position the Radio Frequency Hub (RF-Hub) in place for installation.
- Install and securely tighten the RF-Hub fasteners (1).
- Connect the wire harness connectors (1) and, if equipped, the Remote Start Antenna (RSA) wire harness connector (2) to the RF-Hub.
- Secure the rear of the headliner to an installed position. Refer to HEADLINER, INSTALLATION .
- Connect the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), connect the IBS connector.
- If this Electronic Control Unit (ECU) is being replaced with a new unit, follow the required routines outlined in "RF-Hub, BCM, PCM, FOBIK and ELV Replacement and Programming Order Guide". Refer to Β MODULE REPLACEMENT GUIDE (RF-HUB, PCM, BCM, ESL)Β .
NOTE:
For EXPORT market vehicles only - When replacing the RF-Hub you must also replace the Electronic Shaft Lock (ESL) module.Β
