Make sure the IOD fuse is installed and the battery is fully charged before proceeding.
- Turn the ignition on.
- With the scan tool, read the active DTCs.

- Refer to STORED LOST COMMUNICATION DTCS and perform the STORED LOST COMMUNICATION DTCS diagnostic procedure.
