- Position the power steering pump and using the holes in the pulley (2) for access, install the three pump mounting bolts (1) and tighten to 23 N.m (17 ft. lbs.).
- Install the pressure line (3) on the pump and tighten the nut to 28 N.m (21 ft. lbs.).
- Install the return hose (2) on the pump.
- Install the drive belt. Refer to BELT, SERPENTINE, INSTALLATION .
- Position the air inlet (3) and tighten the clamps (1).
- Connect the electrical connector (2).
- Fill and bleed the system with power steering fluid. Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .
