WARNING:
No sparks, open flames or smoking. Risk of poisoning from inhaling and swallowing fuel. Risk of injury to eyes and skin from contact with fuel. Pour fuels only into suitable and appropriately marked containers. Wear protective clothing.
- Disconnect the negative battery cable.
- Remove the intake manifold. Refer to MANIFOLD, INTAKE, REMOVAL, 3.0L TURBO DIESEL .
- Disconnect the fuel rail pressure sensor harness connector (1).
- Remove the right bank high pressure fuel tubes. Refer to TUBE(S), FUEL, REMOVALΒ .
- Remove bolts (2) the right fuel rail (1).
