- Disconnect the and isolate the negative battery cable.
- Remove the dash end cap (Refer to REMOVAL ).
- Remove the steering column opening cover.
- Remove the chin bezel located above the floor console. One fastener snaps to the console. Refer to CONSOLE, FLOOR, REMOVAL .
- Disconnect the wire harness connector from the Ignition Node Module (IGNM).
- Remove 4 screws that retain the IGNM in place.
- Disconnect the wiring harness connector from the back of the IGNM.
- Remove the IGNM from the backside of the instrument panel.
