CYLINDER HEAD
Tighten the cylinder head bolts 1 through 10 34 Nm (25 ft. lbs.).
Tighten the cylinder head bolts 11 through 15 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.).
Tighten the cylinder head bolts 1 through 10 54 Nm (40 ft. lbs.).
Tighten the cylinder head bolts 11 through 15 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.).
Rotate the cylinder head bolts 1 through 10 90°.
Tighten the cylinder head bolts 11 through 15 34 Nm (25 ft. lbs.).
WARPAGE
If tolerances exceed 0.0508 mm (0.002 in.) replace the cylinder head.
CAMSHAFT BEARING CAP
Tighten the camshaft thrust plate retaining bolts 28 Nm (21 ft. lbs.).
