REMOVAL





The MAP sensor (1) is installed into the rear of the upper intake manifold (3).

1. Disconnect electrical connector from MAP sensor.
2. Clean dirt from MAP sensor base.
3. Pull up on MAP sensor while rotating counterclockwise about 1/4 turn for removal.
4. Check condition of sensor O-ring.
