- Disconnect negative battery cable.
- Remove engine cover. Refer to REMOVAL - 2.0L. Refer to REMOVAL - 2.4L.
- Partially drain coolant system below pressurized coolant recovery container. See STANDARD PROCEDUREΒ .
- Unplug coolant temperature sensor electrical connector.NOTE: Capture any residual coolant that may flow.
- Remove coolant temperature sensor (5).
