Module-Remote Compass: Removal

  1. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
  2. Partially remove the headliner (1) to gain access to the Remote Compass Module (RCM) (2). Refer to REMOVAL for the appropriate procedure.
  3. Disconnect the RCM electrical connector (3).
  4. Remove the RCM retaining screws (4).
  5. Remove the RCM (2) from the vehicle.
