(1) Tighten bearing cap bolts to 89 INCH lbs. (10 N.m) in following sequence: No. 3, 2, 1 and 4. Repeat procedure, tightening bolts to 15 ft. lbs. (20 N.m).
(2) Tighten bolts in sequence, in 2-3 steps. See Figure.
(3) Tighten bolts in sequence. See Figure.
(4) Coat bolts with oil before installing. Tighten bolts in sequence. See Figure.
(5) Tighten bolts in sequence. See Figure.
