Track Bar: Installation
1987 Jeep Wrangler Base, 2.5 HSECTION Installation
- Position track bar in axle housing bracket and insert the spacer/washer between rear flange of bracket and track bar bushing. DO NOTΒ install spacer/washer at the front.
- Loosely install mounting bolt and nut. Ensure mounting bolt passes through washer before final tightening. Connect track bar at frame rail bracket.
- Tighten ball stud mounting nut (to frame rail bracket) first, then tighten frame rail bracket-to-frame rail bolts to specifications. Install new cotter pin and lower vehicle.
