To properly test throttle body fuel injection system, service technician must have the following equipment available:
- Digital volt-ohmmeter (DVOM) or volt-ohmmeter with minimum input impedance of one megaohm.
- 12-volt test light, jumper wires and probes.
- Hand vacuum pump with gauge.
- Ignition timing light.
