Turbocharger WASTEGATE

- Install a dial indicator on upper portion of wastegate lever arm. Connect Pressure Tester (MS 554-03) and Gauge (Mot. 867) at pressure regulator inlet. See Figure .
- At standing position, zero dial indicator. Using pressure tester, force air into pressure regulator until dial indicator reaches .015" (.38 mm). Pressure reading should be between 10.7-11.6 psi (.75-.82 kg/cm2 ).
