Cold (Fast) Idle Rpm: CJ7

1986 Jeep Comanche Custom, 2.5 H, RWD, Standard, AX4SECTION CJ7

Warm engine to normal operating temperature. Disconnect and plug EGR valve vacuum hose. Place transmission in Neutral. Position fast idle screw on second step of fast idle cam and turn fast idle screw to obtain specified RPM. See Figure . After adjustment, return throttle to idle position and reconnect EGR valve vacuum hose.
