If DTCs B14B4-15, B14B5-15 and B1492-11 are logged in the infotainment master controller alongside this DTC, this does not indicate a fault with the associated DTCs
- Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, update the infotainment master controller to the latest level software and retest
- If the fault persists, do not replace the infotainment master controller. Contact the Jaguar Land Rover service desk for further assistance
- Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, update the infotainment slave controller to the latest level software and retest
