SERVICE INFORMATION
Symptom 303000 Steering/Handling
ISSUE
A Customer may report their steering column does not move when trying to adjust in an up/down or in/out movement.
CAUSE
Steering column calibration can revert to its default values. This will result in no steering column movement.
ACTION
After performing an instrument panel cluster software update, please check that the steering column does adjust up/down and in/out.
If no movement, recalibrate steering column using the SDD tool and confirm column adjustment
