  1. Remove the rear seat shoulder belt guide cover.
  2. Remove the body rear trim panel. Refer to Body Rear Trim Panel Replacement (Crew Cab) or Body Rear Trim Panel Replacement (Extended Cab) or Body Rear Trim Panel Replacement (Regular Cab) .

  4. Remove the bolt that retains the rear center seat belt assembly to the floor panel.
  5. Remove the rear center seat belt assembly from the vehicle.
