Removal Procedure
2006 Isuzu Ascender S, 5.3 M, 4WDSECTION Removal Procedure

- Remove the resonator assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Resonator Replacement .
- Remove the Evaporative Emission (EVAP) canister purge line from the throttle body.
- Disconnect the throttle body electrical connector.
- Remove the throttle body assembly retaining bolts (1).
- Remove the throttle body assembly (2) and the gasket from the intake manifold.
- Clean the gasket surface.
