Installation Procedure
2006 Isuzu Ascender S, 5.3 M, 4WDSECTION Installation Procedure

- Install the fuel fill pipe to the vehicle frame and install the push-pin retainer.
- Install the fuel fill pipe ground strap bolt.
Tighten:Β Tighten the bolt to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
- Uncap the fuel fill hose.
- Connect the fuel fill pipe to the fuel tank.
Tighten:Β Tighten the clamp to 2.5 N.m (22 lb in).
- Connect the fuel filler pipe recirculation hose to the fuel tank. Refer to Quick Connect Fitting(s) Service (Plastic Collar) .
- Lower the vehicle.
- Install the fuel fill pipe bracket nuts (2).
Tighten:Β Tighten the nuts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
- Install the fuel fill pipe housing.
- Install the fuel fill cap.
