  1. Disable the supplemental inflatable restraint (SIR) system. Refer to SIR Disabling and EnablingΒ .
  2. Remove the floor console. Refer to Console Replacement .

Tighten:Β  10 N.m (89 lb in)

Disconnect the electrical connectors.
Tip:Β  Position the carpet in order to access the sensor.
