2006 Isuzu Ascender S, 5.3 M, 4WDSECTION Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the fuel sender assembly. Refer to Fuel Sender Assembly ReplacementΒ .
  2. Push down the fuel level sensor pigtail electrical connector retainer (1) and remove the connector from the module cover.
  3. Remove the fuel level sensor pigtail wires from behind the retainer (2) on the bucket.

  5. Push in the fuel level sensor retainer (1) on the bucket.
