- Install the liftgate applique to the liftgate pinch-weld flange. Ensure that the liftgate applique is fully seated.
- Close the liftgate and open the liftgate window.CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
- Install the screws that retain the liftgate applique to the body.
Tighten: Tighten the liftgate applique screws to 5 N.m (44 lb in).
- Close the liftgate window.
