Preliminary Procedures:Β 
  1. Remove the left side instrument panel outer trim cover. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL OUTER TRIM COVER REPLACEMENT - LEFT SIDE .
  2. Remove the left side instrument panel insulator panel. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL INSULATOR PANEL REPLACEMENT - LEFT SIDE .
  3. Remove the driver knee bolster reinforcement. Refer to DRIVER KNEE BOLSTER REINFORCEMENT REPLACEMENT .
1 Electronic Power Steering Motor Control Module Bolt (Qty: 2)
NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .

Tighten:Β  11.5 N.m (102 lb in)
2 Electronic Power Steering Motor Control Module
Procedure:Β 
  1. Disconnect any electrical connectors as needed.
  2. After repairs, perform the proper programming and calibration procedures. Refer to POWER STEERING CONTROL MODULE PROGRAMMING AND SETUP .
