2006 Isuzu Ascender S, 4.2 S, 4WDSECTION Installation Procedure

  1. Connect the electrical connectors (1) to the HVAC control module (2).
  2. IMPORTANT: Ensure that the HVAC control module tabs (3) lock into place.
  3. Install the HVAC control module (2) into the I/P (4).
  4. NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
  5. Install the HVAC control module screws.

    Tighten:Β  Tighten the screws to 1.9 N.m (17 lb in).

  6. Install the I/P accessory trim plate. Refer to Instrument Panel Accessory Trim Plate Replacement (Buick) or Instrument Panel Accessory Trim Plate Replacement (GMC) orInstrument Panel Cluster Trim Plate Bezel Replacement (Chevrolet) or Instrument Panel Cluster Trim Plate Bezel Replacement (GMC, Buick) .
