Installation Procedure
2006 Isuzu Ascender S, 4.2 S, 4WDSECTION Installation Procedure
- If replacing the body to fender seal, position the seal to the vehicle.
- Ensure that the integral clips (1) on the seal are seated into the fender bracket (2).
- Position the fender to the vehicle.
- Install the bolts that retain the fender to the vehicle.
Tighten:Β Tighten the bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
- Install the hood bumper to the vehicle.
- Install the rocker panel molding. Refer to Molding Replacement - Rocker Panel (TrailBlazer EXT, Envoy XL) or Molding Replacement - Rocker Panel (TrailBlazer, Envoy) in Exterior Trim.
- Install the wheelhouse panel. Refer to Wheelhouse Panel ReplacementΒ .
- Install the assist step, if applicable. Refer to Assist Step Replacement in Frame and Underbody.
- Remove the protective tape.
