A/C Compressor Relay

- Remove A/C compressor relay from fuse/relay box at passenger's side front corner of engine compartment. Note A/C compressor terminal identification. See Fig 1 .
- Using a DVOM, ensure continuity is present between terminals No. 3 and 5. Continuity should not be present between terminals No. 1 and 5.
- Apply battery voltage to terminals No. 2 and 4. Ensure continuity is now present between terminals No. 1 and 5, and continuity is not present between terminals No. 3 and 5. Replace A/C compressor relay if defective.
