Component Testing: Motor
Turn ignition off. Disconnect motor harness connector from motor to be tested. Using fused jumper wires, connect battery voltage and ground to specified motor terminals. See POWER SEAT MOTOR TESTINGΒ . SeeFig 1 . Replace appropriate power seat motor if it does not operate as specified.

When to See a Mechanic
