Component Testing: Motor
Turn ignition off. Remove driver's seat. Disconnect 2-pin connector from power seat motor. Using fused jumper wires, connect battery voltage and ground to motor terminals. Motor should run. Reverse leads. Motor should run in opposite direction. Replace power seat motor if it does not operate as specified.

When to See a Mechanic
